MatchCoach Privacy Policy

Bridgible, Inc. d/b/a MatchCoach ("MatchCoach," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect when you use the MatchCoach mobile apps, web dashboards, marketing site, and MatchCoach-run e-mails or social-media campaigns (collectively, the "Service"), how we use that data, and the choices you have.

1. What Data We Collect

Children: We do not knowingly collect personal e-mail addresses directly from children under 13; youth accounts are created via a parent, coach, or club admin.

2. How We Use Your Data

Provide & secure the Service – login, streaming, storage, search, support.
Generate training & match insights – highlight reels, coach dashboards, inferred metrics.
Improve our AI – train computer-vision models on de-identified frames, text, and tags unless you opt out (see § 5).
Communications – service notices, support replies, product updates (opt-out any time).
Compliance & enforcement – meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms.
Aggregated statistics – publish anonymised benchmarks (e.g., "average rally length = 8 sec.") that never identify a club or individual.

MatchCoach does not sell personal data.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Required cookies – session, login, CSRF.
Analytics cookies – Google Analytics to understand feature usage.

You can click "Manage Cookies" on the banner or adjust browser settings to refuse analytics cookies; core functionality will still work but usage stats will be limited.

We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

5. AI-Training Opt-out

Toggle: Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ "Exclude my content from AI training."
Effect: Stops future model-training ingestion; de-identified data already used to train existing models will remain but are excluded from future training sets within 30 days.
Parental control: Parents manage the toggle for users under 18.
No override: Club admins cannot override an individual opt-out.

7. Data Retention & Backups

Deleting your account hides all User Content from others. For complete deletion—including removal from future model training—e-mail privacy@matchcoach.co; requests are fulfilled within 30 days unless legal hold applies.

8. Your Rights

Access / correct / delete personal data.
Portability of clips and comments.
Opt-out of AI training and marketing e-mails.
California (CPRA) residents may request notice of categories disclosed and deletion.

Submit requests via privacy@matchcoach.co or in-app Privacy Settings; we respond within 30 days. If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your state Attorney General.

9. Children's Privacy

MatchCoach is not directed to children under 13. Clubs must obtain parental consent before recording minors. Parents may review or delete their child's content by contacting privacy@matchcoach.co.

10. Security

TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit; AES-256 encryption at rest.
Role-based access controls; annual penetration testing.
Daily off-site encrypted backups.
Breach-notification window: 72 hours after confirmation.

11. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be announced by e-mail or in-app banner 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date is shown at the top.
