  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled in error, send a written counter-notification to the Agent containing:

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas, and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

5. Repeat-Infringer Policy

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is anyone for whom we have received two or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
