
I am a high performance tennis coach currently serving as Harvard Men's Tennis volunteer assistant coach. I was born and raised in Spain where I practiced my whole life prior to moving to the US to play in college. I played college tennis at D1 Saint Louis University as #1 Doubles and #2 Singles for 4 years. I graduated from SLU with a bachelor of science in Exercise Science and a Masters of Athletic Training. I am a PTR certified professional and currently working towards my certification as a Director of Racquet Sports through the University of Florida. I have experience working at Juan Carlos Ferrero Equelite academy in Alicante, Spain as well as different academies in Saint Louis and Boston. As a player I travelled and competed at numerous National, ITF and futures tournaments in Europe and the US. I have also worked as a high performance private coach and traveled to USTA, ITF and futures tournaments with high level nationally ranked junior players with the goal of playing college tennis. Recently, I was the assistant coach at D2 McKendree University, where I helped the team to its first ever GLVC conference championship, win over #12 University of Indianapolis, school’s best ever season record (21-3) and highest NCAA ranking in the school’s history (#22). I also assisted Head Coach Rene Vidal to the GLVC Coach of the Year Award.
